Testimonials

Frank would like to thank the following students for taking time to pen their thoughts about his services. Your kind words are greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Frank Biffi has not only been the best guitar teacher I have seen throughout 10 years of playing but also a great role model, exceptional person and dear friend. His adaptable philosophies and teaching style are tailored for the individual to meet the specific needs of the musician no matter what level of playing the student has reached. His diversity, passion and knowledge of music and the fretboard make every lesson exciting as he continually finds new, fun and innovative ways to challenge and nuture the musician all in a relaxed and supportive environment.

I have been studying guitar with Frank for the last two and a half years as a mature age student. I had been playing many songs, all to the same five chords that I was familiar with. Frank took me back to basics, developing my technical skills and introducing me to different styles of music.

Frank is able to adapt his teaching style to suit all ages and all styles of playing. He is encouraging and very clear in his instruction.
His patience and positive feedback make guitar lessons a very positive experience especially in contrast to the piano lessons I had as a child. Frank’s own ability with the guitar is a joy to listen to and an inspiration to all his students.

If you want guitar lessons then Frank is your man even if you are a little grey haired old lady.

Jacob has been a student at Park Guitar Studio since Term 4, 2010. Frank is a wonderful and patient teacher and has managed to engage Jacobs interest in this short span of time. The class is fun and Frank always helps Jacob choose songs appropriate to his capability but more importantly songs that he enjoys. This certainly motivates the student to willingly practice at home and look forward to the class each week. Thank you Frank!

I am enjoying my guitar lessons with Frank Biffi, which have included songs of different genres and the techniques used within them.

Not only does he begin with the basics and work you up to a higher standard, but he also encourages you to play and learn songs that you personally enjoy. Just by taking his advice every week I noticed the improvement in my guitar playing.

I considered myself to be a decent guitarist when I started lessons with Frank. Now I consider myself not only a more expressive and confident guitarist but also a musician, with a greater understanding of and appreciation for music. I enjoy my playing more, and it's humbling to know how much more I have to learn.

Frank also taught me through VCE when I studied Music Performance, helping me choose and learn a number of challenging pieces and improve my improvisation skills for assessments. With Frank's help I was able to set, work towards and achieve my goals and he still provides that now. And it's fun!"

Today I realise I was quite an average guitarist before I began the journey with Frank!" I appreciate how far I've come.

Much love,

Pat Tucker (Age: 23)

My brother and I have been going to Park Guitar Studio for the past 4 years. We cannot recommend it enough as we have enjoyed every aspect learning many new guitar methods, skills, songs and music appreciation within that time. Frank is very patient, he makes his teaching easy to understand and worthwhile.

Frank varies his teaching styles in many ways, he can teach what you would like to learn, eg Rock, Metal, Jazz, Classical and so forth.
His teaching environment is pleasant and welcoming and you always look forward to going back.

We thoroughly enjoy our music lessons at Park Guitar Studio and recommend it to anyone.

I am very pleased to offer the following testimonial.

I have really enjoyed the friendly and nurturing nature of Frank's classes. He seems to understand that students have different needs and interests, and is flexible in his approach. He is also very generous in allowing students to record sections of the lessons to assist them in their practice at home. I feel very comfortable during Frank's lessons, even when I haven't done all of the required practice.
